Here at Cater Oils, we specialise in used cooking oil collections. We work with many different restaurants on a regular basis, collecting their used cooking oils and recycling them into biodiesel. We can also deliver fresh cooking oils to them; no need to use two separate companies!
Cater Oils are fully licensed by the Environment Agency for the collection and disposal of waste restaurant cooking oil. We help you to comply with food standards and industry specifications for the handling of your used cooking oils.

Upon collection, we will issue you a waste transfer note. There is a legal responsibility to ensure your waste oil is collected by a licensed company, and you must maintain records of any waste oil collections for a minimum of 6 years.
